Part-Time Facilities Coordinator

CPS Recruitment is seeking a part-time Facilities Coordinator for our office in Liverpool, NY.

This position will be approximately 15-20 hours per week and can be performed in either the evenings or very early mornings (before office hours).

Duties will include the following:

• Building Cleaning and Maintenance
• Minimal landscaping
• Inventory of supplies / purchasing / stocking
• Painting
• Snow Removal (walkways)
• Various errands

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour
