Parts Clerk / 56200

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a stable and successful organization in the North Syracuse, NY are to find a Parts Clerk to join their growing team! As a parts clerk you will be responsible for inventory and stock of goods for a large private truck fleet. You must have knowledge of class 8 tractor and semi-trailer parts.

Pay Rate:       $20-$23/hr DOE

Hours:            Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, occasional overtime and/or weekends

This is a Direct Hire opportunity!  This company offers excellent pay and benefits including:

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Overseeing entire parts department
• Removing parts from inventory and coordinating deliveries and pick-ups
• Restock inventory and keeping parts room organized
• Implementing a computerized inventory system
• Keep area clean
• Assist department with customer calls

Minimum Qualifications:

• Heavy duty parts experience required
• Must have a clean, valid NYS drivers license (CDLA or B a plus)
• Strong computer literacy to manage inventory system
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Self-starter, motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
