PATIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
No Nights or Weekends!

PAY RATE: $16.00-$18.00/hr. DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with an established medical office in Syracuse, NY to find a Patient Care Representatives to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greeting patients
• Answer inbound calls and resolving issues or routing to the appropriate party
• Schedule and reschedule appointments for patients
• Other clerical duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years medical office experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Great interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency
