Assist a rapidly growing healthcare team by aiding a pharmacy team in their daily operations. We have a contract to hire position available for a Pharmacy Technician in a Specialty Medical Office in Syracuse, NY and Homer, NY. These are busy offices who are looking for a team player to assist their organization. Qualified candidates must be able to commute between offices as necessary. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8a – 4:30p.

Compensation for Pharmacy Technician is between $16- $25.50/hr depending on experience and certifications.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will provide exceptional patient care by:

• Support pharmacist by dispensing oral and intravenous medications
• Prepare, store, and maintain inventory
• Handle controlled substances
• Follow all state, federal, and local laws, rules, and regulations
• Document information and data through an EMR system

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification required
• NYS Certification required
• 6+ months experience in a similar Pharmacy Technician role
• Able to float between Syracuse, NY and Homer, NY locations
• Proficient computer skills
• Able to work independently and with a team
