- As a hands-on Production Supervisor, you will oversee 10-20 operators to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity objectives are met
- Plan and schedule daily work
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Enforce policies and procedures
- AAS or HS Diploma and 3+ years of Team Leader or Supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Well-organized Team Player
- Mechanically inclined
- Must be able to work both 2nd and 1st shift hours.
