HOURS:     8:00am – 4:45pm, Monday – Friday (Remote hours); once office hours are resumed 9:00am - 5:45pm, Monday - Friday

PAY RATE:  $19.00/hr.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create, execute, monitor and update processes for state programs
  • Customer service and operations support 
  • Payables / Receivables
  • Administrative support
  • Audits
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HSD and 3+ years of relevant experience, or AS/BS degree with 1 year of experience in an administrative / customer service environment
  • Account management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Intermediate to advanced Excel is a must
