Quality Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Inspector for a well-established manufacturer in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow your career!

HOURS: 1^st Shift plus some Overtime as needed

 

PAY RATE: $19-23/hour DOE

 

Your role

• Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products
• Maintain appropriate supporting documentation, initiating reports when quality issues are discovered
• Verify the repair, rework, or replacement of non-conforming products

 

Background Profile

• Basic knowledge of ASME, NACE, ASTM, and AWS quality standards
• Certified visual weld inspector a strong plus!
• Ability to understand technical data and engineering drawings
• Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office
