We're seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a vibrant team and drive success in a very well-established and respected restaurant in the Syracuse, NY area. With a competitive salary ranging from 70K to 85K, this is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your skills and make a real impact.  Benefits and a Safe Harbor 401K also available.

Your schedule will be approximately 50 hours per week, with two consecutive days off.  Shifts typically run from 10am to 8pm or 12pm to 10pm. During peak season, this restaurant serves 600-800 meals a day.

Your Role:
As the Kitchen Manager, you'll be at the heart of the restaurant’s success. Your ability to lead, inspire, and manage the team will be crucial. Beyond overseeing daily kitchen operations, you'll also be hands-on in the kitchen, cooking two times a week, expediting, and ensuring that the culinary offerings remain outstanding.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of service
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
  • Utilize your culinary skills by cooking two times a week
  • Create and manage staff schedules efficiently
  • Ensure seamless coordination of restaurant activities
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and quality control
  • Foster a positive work environment and uphold company culture
