SALES & OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Our client, a growing software company in the healthcare industry, is looking to add staff to its office in Troy. This company is poised for growth and this exciting position supports their sales team with customer service and operations functions.

We are looking for an organized and motivated individual who enjoys responsibility for a variety of tasks including:

• Develop product demonstrations and present them to customers via video and in person meetings
• Assist prospective clients during the sales presentation 
• Assist with proposals that tailor to the needs of the customer
• Provide a high level customer service
• Administrative and Operational support including CRM updates
• Collaborate with the sales, solutions and product teams

This is an onsite position in a beautiful office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE

• Bachelors Degree preferred, but equivalent amount of experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of customer service and/or operations support administration.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and growing environment
