Screw Machine Maintenance Mechanic

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on production machinery, including Hydromat, ACME, Davenport Screw Machines, CNC, and manual equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V 3-Phase), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Fabricate and weld parts as needed to support manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and ARC task regulations.
• Utilize a web-based work order system for tracking maintenance tasks.
• Support the Screw Machine department as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Experience in fabrication and welding is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CNC, Hydromat, Acme, and Davenport machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based work order systems.
• PLC and CNC control knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, diverse workplace.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (compensation based on experience and qualifications).
