Senior Accountant
$80,000 - $90,000+ DOE

Join a dynamic team managing accounting operations in the construction and architecture space. As part of an accounting team of up to seven, you'll collaborate with the CFO, Controller, and AP/AR specialists. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is flexible and eager to take on a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliations
• Provide accounting support for construction projects, tracking costs and project status
• Collaborate with project managers on invoicing and billing processes
• Reconcile AR, AP, and bank accounts, ensuring accurate financial records
• Assist in preparing financial statements and work-in-progress reports

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounting experience within the construction or architecture industries
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and project-based accounting
• Flexible, team-oriented attitude with the ability to juggle various tasks
