Senior Cost Accounting Analyst
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience.

We're seeking a Senior Cost Accounting Analyst to join an exciting team east of Syracuse, NY.  This role is primarily onsite and offers a strong career advancement path, with involvement in both operations and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the site controller and operations teams on financial analysis, reporting, and training.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare weekly cash forecasts.
• Lead accounts receivable meetings and manage collections.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
• Support the annual external audit and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-4+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
