Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Supervisor (100-130K)

We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Supervisor with our Global Manufacturing client located near the Syracuse, NY area.

Your Role:

• Lead a team of manufacturing engineers to create manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
• Reduce process variation, waste reduction, standard work creation, preventive maintenance, process and quality upsets and optimize cell design
• Improve cycle times and increase product reliability by identifying and optimizing production equipment
• Implement engineering changes and specification for new products as well as sustaining activities
• Manage and direct projects for the manufacturing engineering team

Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years of experience   
• Ability to lead and supervise a technical team on manufacturing process improvements
• Kaizen / Lean experience
• Project Management experience
