Shipper (57853)

HOURS:   1st shift (Monday - Friday 10am to 6:30pm) - $16.00/hr
                 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 11:00am to 7:30pm) $17.60/hr

PAY RATE: $16/hr + 10% differential for 2nd shift

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a reputable company in East Syracuse, NY to find a Shipper to work on their team!  This position is temp-to-hire!

Located in East Syracuse NY, safety is a huge focus for this organization.  They offer an on-site café, a climate controlled environment and free parking!

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Pick and package material to ship using a push cart or forklift
• Prepare shipping documentation
• Unload trucks and stock product
• Enter transactions into computer system
• Perform cycle counts of inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred
• Previous forklift experience a plus
• High School Diploma / GED
• Computer and data entry skills required - must be familiar with Excel
• SAP experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
