Shipping Associate (57001)

HOURS:        1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30 pm             

PAY RATE: $15/hr

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a highly reputable company located in Manlius, NY, to find a Shipping Associate for an immediate need!

In this role you will pick and process orders for shipment via truck, UPS, International, etc. and receive incoming inventory and store in assigned inventory location.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Fulfill domestic and international daily shipping orders according to pick sheets and shipping requirements
• Palletize product according to standard work instructions; shrink wrap/band using semi-automatic and manual equipment
• Timely process receiving documentation following standard work instructions when receiving incoming products, components and supplies; conduct visual confirmation of product received.
• Put away product and supplies accurately; document locations in GP in a timely manner
• Complete cycle counts per count sheets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to use a forktruck, certification will be completed after hire
• Ability to use a pallet jack, bander, and shrink wrapper
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
