Temporary Customer Service Representative (56024)

A leading manufacturer in Syracuse, NY is partnering with CPS Recruitment to find a Temporary Customer Service Representative for a 3 - 6 month period.  

This is an excellent temporary opportunity that has the potential to become a temp-to-hire position.  Great way to earn extra money!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Speak with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Accurately enter orders
• Update customer file quarterly
• Answer questions about products
• Provide literature and information to customers
• Other clerical duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Strong customer service skills
• Good computer ability
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge
