Customer Service Representative (56814)

A leading manufacturer in Syracuse, NY is partnering with CPS Recruitment to find a Customer Service Representative to join their company.  

This is an excellent temporary to hire opportunity!

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $16+/hr DOE

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Speak with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Accurately enter orders
• Update customer file quarterly
• Answer questions about products
• Provide literature and information to customers
• Other clerical duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Strong customer service skills
• Good computer ability
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge
