Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Temporary Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to support a Buyer at a well-established company in Syracuse, NY. If you're organized, have strong multitasking skills, and want to be part of a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!
Part-Time hours, approximately 20 per week
Approximately a 2-month assignment
$16-18/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
Assist the Buyer with day-to-day administrative tasks
Research purchasing options and market trends
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with suppliers
Handle general clerical duties and assist in report preparation
Requirements:
Prior administrative or purchasing experience preferred
Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of purchasing processes and procurement principles preferred
