Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Temporary Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to support a Buyer at a well-established company in Syracuse, NY. If you're organized, have strong multitasking skills, and want to be part of a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!
  • Part-Time hours, approximately 20 per week 
  • Approximately a 2-month assignment
  • $16-18/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Buyer with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Research purchasing options and market trends
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with suppliers
  • Handle general clerical duties and assist in report preparation
Requirements:
  • Prior administrative or purchasing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes and procurement principles preferred
